John W. (Jack) has lived on Anastasia Island for over 50 years.  Jack has been involved in real estate since 1998 mostly as a referral agent.  He retired in 2016 as a Battalion Captain with St. Johns County Fire Rescue after a 30 year career.  Working at Fire Rescue has given him a unique knowledge of town and county to better assist our customers with their needs.  Jack worked part time for Tully Construction in the 90's and has built several homes for himself which affords him a working knowledge of construction to better connect with buyers and sellers in the St. Augustine market.
